This is the privacy policy for the shapemenow app, which has been developed by and is owned by Afitgo Technologies Pvt Lmt.

The application requires the following data to function

1. Email id or phone number.
2. Name
3. Personal health information like height, weight, illnesses, measurements etc. This data will be used to develop and modify training plans. This data may have to be updated from time to time.
4. All fitness training related information like dates of workouts, exercises performed, details of exercises including sets, reps and weight, percieved fatigue, pain experienced, future plans for workouts, gym where workouts are perormed etc. This enables us to track your progress and optimize training.
5. All aspects of trainer­trainee interaction, including chat communications, invoices demanded and recieved and requests sent and modifications made to plans. This enables us to charge correctly.

None of this data will be disclosed to third parties without the prior permission of all involved users. This data can only be viewed by the trainee, his trainer and the company. Please note that this Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of companies that we do not own or control or to people that we do not employ or manage. For example, if you download our application on your smartphone, the manufacturer of your smartphone may have a policy that applies to its own practices for collecting information through that smartphone. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of each and every device, website, and service that you use.

This application uses cookies to operate.

Both trainers and trainees can delete the data from the company database incase of uninstallation of the app or shutting down an account, but if they choose to do so, the data will not be available for training and tracking purposes incase of reinstallation. We will retain your Personal Data for as long as you maintain an Account or as needed to provide you the Services. We will also retain and use your Personal Data as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

We may update this privacy policy and terms of use from time to time, notifications will be sent to your account.
